The ebike is a true innovation for all those seeking sustainable mobility at zero cost, as it allows to respect the environment according to modern principles of reducing environmental impact and, at the same time, ensures efficient performance with less physical effort.
In recent years, in fact, the electric bike, thanks to a greater awareness of the general public and technological progress, has revolutionized the way of moving of many people.
Public administrations have reversed the direction of investments, giving priority to the sustainable mobility and in particular to bikes. In fact, the last urban interventions were made just for pedestrians and cyclists. The proposed solutions are designed to spread the culture of cycling in Italy, so as to align it with the reality of Europe where it is already well established.
5 are the cornerstones of the project:
- Changes to the rules of the road
- Organisation of urban mobility
- Policies gorvenance
- Culture and education for sustainable mobility
- Development of cycle paths and pedestrian areas

It has been shown, thanks to a market research, that 50% of journeys with means of transport in Italian cities serves to cover a distance between 3 and 5 km. The average life of a battery charge in an electric bike range from 40 km to 60 km; considering the cost of electricity at 20 cents per kWh, it follows that we can anticipate with 6-9 cents a kilometer: a considerable saving. And this is not just about saving money and fuel, but also time. In fact in the city, in addition to having to deal with traffic, parking is difficult and most of the parking is chargeable.
Furthermore, to drive a moped, you must comply with the formalities, such as being in possession of an appropriate driving license, wear a helmet, register the vehicle and have insurance coverage. You don’t have to think about all these if you choose an ebike.
